When you embark on a healing journey, don’t think of it as an attempt to fix what’s wrong with you. If you do, you are starting off with the belief that you are in some way lacking. That’s extra weight that sinks you down even more.
Tweak your focus a little bit. It takes practice, but you can do it. You are the commander of your thoughts!
Think of yourself instead without judgment of right or wrong. Think of yourself as just being. Then you don’t lack. You just are. The question then changes from “What is wrong with me?” to “What choices do I need to make to bring about the change I want in my life?” One question is loving. One is not. Choose the loving one.
You are not fixing what is wrong. You are crafting a life. Your life. Your wonderful life, created by wondrous you!
