Options for Healing

Some of the many methods to facilitate and support healing are listed below. Most importantly, find what works for you. It may take more than one try to find the right fit. Don’t give up! Whatever you choose, it needs to provide an acceptable balance of challenge and comfort and give you a sense of worthwhile benefit as you go along. Make sure you feel safe, respected and supported by the people you work with as well as in the environment they create as a healing space for you on your journey.
